2025 VIC HUB SCHOLARSHIPS

DROUGHT RESILIENCE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

2025 scholarships now open

The Victoria Drought Resilience Adoption & Innovation Hub is committed to building capacity that enhances the future resilience of farmers and regional communities. To this end, the Vic Hub is offering five awards of $2,000 each to support aspiring research students in the delivery of their research.

 

The awards are open to students conducting research as part of Honours or post-graduate study. Researchers from all disciplines are encouraged to apply. The awards will be determined through a competitive process, as judged by a panel of researchers from the Vic Hub.

Application process

  1. Applications must be submitted by Honours or post-graduate research students.

  2. In not more than 1,500 words applications must:

    • Provide an overview of the project

    • Highlight links to the priority focus areas of the Victoria Drought Resilience Adoption & Innovation Hub

    • Demonstrate how the research project will contribute to new understanding that will enhance the drought resilience of Victorian farmers and communities

  3. Applications must be submitted in Word format.

  4. Applications must be signed by the Research Supervisor.

  5. Application must be submitted by close of business 02 May 2025.

  6. Successful applicants will be notified 16 May 2025.
